1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dayfile ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dayfile is a calendar aggregation tool that connects Google Calendar accounts to AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service provides a web interface for managing connected accounts and an MCP server for AI integration.

3. Google Account Authorization

To use the Service, you must authorize access to your Google Calendar data through Google's OAuth 2.0 flow. By doing so, you confirm that you have the right to grant this access and that you understand the data permissions described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Use the Service to access calendar data you are not authorized to view

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayfile and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, or data loss.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Account Disconnection

You may disconnect your Google accounts from the Service at any time through the Settings page. Upon disconnection, all stored data associated with that account will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
